The Glamping Group provides bell tent hire and stretch tent hire for festivals, weddings and events across the UK. We're based near Malton in North Yorkshire, working nationwide.
Co-founded in 2020 by Max and Ruby, and still the two of us at the helm. Since 2020 we've set up at over 300 events, from intimate 4-tent birthday parties to 70-tent festival weekends.
Our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees, our beds are real beds not camp beds, and the free guest booking system takes the admin off the host.

Max leads the setup and takedown crew on site; Ruby runs the bookings. A personal, bespoke service from the first call to the last tent peg.

Some suppliers win the job, then pass it on, and the quality drifts with it. Every Glamping Group village is delivered by our own team with our own kit, start to finish. We have never subcontracted a job, and we have never cancelled one.
